Peanut / Nut-Free Policy

Due to numerous student allergies, ALL SRTMS classrooms are “peanut/tree nut free zones”. NO peanut/tree nut products are allowed in the classrooms, including any foods processed in a facility that also processes nuts. NO EXCEPTIONS. All food products brought to the SRTMS campus (For example, parties, teacher luncheons, and sports banquets) MUST be approved by the classroom teacher or office staff. Students may enjoy peanut/tree nut products in their snacks and lunches, yet precautions will be taught to all students to minimize cross-contamination. All questions or concerns are to be directed to the Health Office.
